History
The history of “VZOR” LLC began more than 30 years ago with the development of the first Compact Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer, which gave rise to the MARK® brand.
In 1995, the first portable dissolved oxygen analyzer MARK-T was released for power plants (for measuring microgram concentrations of dissolved oxygen).
In 1997, VZOR mastered the production of stationary dissolved oxygen analyzers for thermal energy industry, and in 1998, it introduced stationary dissolved hydrogen analyzers (MAVR-509). The product range expanded with portable conductivity meters.
In 1998, the company's product line was expanded with portable conductivity meters. In 2001, production started on a six-channel stationary dissolved oxygen analyzer for wastewater treatment facilities, named MARK-404.
In 2003, portable pH meters and second-generation dissolved oxygen analyzers were launched into serial production for use in thermal energy industries and environmental laboratories. Active promotion of products across Russia's regions also commenced during this period.
In 2004, active promotion of VZOR products began throughout Russia, leading to increased deliveries of MARK instruments to thermal and nuclear power plants. By 2006, a series of two-channel stationary water parameter analyzers had been implemented.
Between 2004 and 2008, the third series of portable devices was launched. A laboratory-production building with an area of 1550 sq.m was acquired as property. A plastic injection molding unit was put into operation.
By 2010, the third generation instrument lineup included conductometers MARK-603. At that time, the staff at VZOR numbered about 120 employees. The first chemical-technology monitoring system was installed. Initial exports of products took place to Iran and Czech Republic.
In 2012, VZOR initiated the production of sample preparation units MARK-01mk and pH analyzers for ultra-pure waters MARK-9010.
In 2014, a new manufacturing complex was commissioned. In 2015, sales began for a new unique dissolved oxygen analyzer for thermal energy applications, MARK 3010.
From 2016 to 2019, large-scale developments continued for new products:
- Dissolved oxygen and hydrogen sensors for the primary circuit of nuclear power plants,
- New maintenance-free general purpose oxygen sensors,
- Desktop pH meter,
- Unique sterilizable oxygen sensors,
- Unique gas analyzer MARK-2010 for measuring volumetric fraction of oxygen in various gases,
- Inductive sensor for concentration measurement.
In 2022, the first Russian-made silicon analyzer MARK-1202 went into mass production.
On September 9, 2024, the company "VZOR" celebrated its 30th anniversary since foundation. For participants of the festive event, the doors of the "VZOR" museum opened wide.
