"VZOR" LLC provides customers with a full range of service support services: technical maintenance, warranty and post-warranty repair, calibration and verification of MARK instruments, as well as warranty and post-warranty repair of auxiliary equipment. For the convenience of customers, service centers operate in Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, and Minsk.
Service support includes:
Technical maintenance of devices (including on customer sites).
Calibration, organization of verifications for analyzers.
Warranty and post-warranty repair of equipment.
Work under comprehensive technical maintenance contracts.
Providing spare parts and components: 95% of spare parts are available at stock.
