    User Agreement

    USER AGREEMENT

    Agreement on the Use of Materials and Services of the Internet Website

     

    Nizhny Novgorod                                                                                                         January 14, 2022

     

    This Agreement constitutes a public offer and sets forth the terms of use of materials and services hosted on the internet website located at: https://vzornn.ru by users of said website (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

    The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

    Company – Limited Liability Company VZOR (LLC VZOR), INN: 5261003830, KPP: 526301001, OGRN: 1025203565166, legal address: 603003, Nizhny Novgorod, Zavodskoy Park Str., bld. 33, office 2.

    Site Visitor (Visitor) – an individual who visits and uses the Site.

    Site – a combination of software and hardware resources enabling publication on the Internet for general review of information and data unified by common goals. The Site is located on the Internet at: https://vzornn.ru

    1. General Terms

    1.1. The Site was created to inform Visitors about the Company's products and services. It contains the Company's contact information (phones, e-mail addresses, legal address, etc.), company credentials, and feedback forms required for communication with the Company.

    1.2. The Site was developed by Optimal Solutions LLC pursuant to Software Development Contract No. PO-1708-02 dated August 8, 2017.

    1.3. The Site includes materials and services necessary to achieve the objectives outlined in clause 1.1.

    1.4. The use of materials and services on the Site is governed by the norms of the effective legislation of the Russian Federation.

    1.5. Upon entering one of the Site's pages, the User gains access to the Site's materials.

    1.6. Accessing the Site's materials implies that the User accepts the present Agreement.

    1.7. The User may utilize the Site's materials and services as follows:

    - unlimited reading access;

    - for use on one's own website, another website where the User has an account, or internally within their organization by either:

    obtaining the Company's consent by submitting a request to the e-mail address: market@vzor.nnov.ru;
    providing a direct link next to the information taken from the Site indicating the exact webpage where the information was sourced;
    indicating next to the information extracted from the Site: "Source: https://vzornn.ru."

    2. Obligations of the User

    2.1. The User agrees not to engage in any actions that might be considered violations of Russian laws or international regulations, particularly intellectual property, authorship, or related rights, generally accepted moral standards, or any actions leading to disruption of normal operations of the Site and its services.

    2.2. Using the Site's materials without prior consent from the Company and respective rights holders is prohibited.

    2.3. Quoting materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, requires citing the source or obtaining permission from the Company.

    2.4. The Site administration bears no liability for visiting or utilizing external resources linked on the Site.

    2.5. The Site administration disclaims all responsibilities and holds no direct or indirect liabilities towards the User for any potential losses or damages associated with the contents of the Site, registration of copyrights, information related to such registrations, goods or services accessible on or acquired through external sites or resources, or interactions initiated by the User based on information or links provided on the Site.

    2.6. The User consents that the Site administration assumes no responsibility or obligation regarding advertisements displayed on the Site.

    3. Other Terms

    3.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

    3.2. Declaration by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable shall not render other provisions of the Agreement invalid.

    3.3. Failure by the Site Administration to act in case of violation of the Agreement by any User does not preclude the Administration from taking appropriate steps later to defend its interests and protect copyrights over the Site's materials secured under the law.

    3.4. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such amendments become effective five (5) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Site. If the User disagrees with the changes, he/she must refrain from accessing the Site and terminate the use of the Site's materials and services.

    3.5. By navigating to the link https://vzornn.ru (or to any other lower-level hierarchical page of the Site https://vzornn.ru/), the User confirms acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy of the Site, which is an integral part of this Agreement and is located at: https://vzornn.ru.
