technical maintenance,
warranty and post-warranty repair,
calibration and verification of MARK instruments,
as well as warranty and post-warranty repair of auxiliary equipment: sample preparation devices, hydro panels, ion-exchange columns, etc.
The specialists of LLC “VZOR”'s service department have all necessary material and technical resources, practical knowledge and extensive experience, constantly improving their professional qualifications.
Preventive Technical Maintenance
Preventive technical maintenance includes control-diagnostic, adjustment, cleaning and other standard technical operations, regular performance of which ensures maximum instrument operability period at minimum cost during the warranty and post-warranty periods of its operation.
It is possible to work under complex technical maintenance contracts, including on-site technical maintenance at customer facilities.
Warranty and Post-Warranty Repair
The warranty period for the series of MARK instruments is:
48 months for stationary instruments (MARK-404, -409, -509, -602, -602MP, -1102, -902, -902MP, -9010, -1002),
24 months for portable instruments (MARK-302M, -302T, -303M, -303T, -501, -603, -603/1, -901, -903, -904, -3010, -2010),
18 months for sample preparation units (UPP Mark 01 mk).
During the warranty period, all detected malfunctions and failures in the operation of the instruments are eliminated free of charge provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation, storage and transportation specified in the accompanying documentation and operating manual.
On nodes, parts, components, accessories replaced during warranty repairs (except items with limited life span and consumables), a warranty period is established within the warranty period of the product.
Instruments lose the right to warranty repair if they have:
violated factory seals by the manufacturer,
signs of unauthorized repair,
mechanical damage,
obvious or hidden defects not caused by the manufacturer.
In case of detection of these violations, the consumer is notified immediately.
It has been noted that a significant part of consumers’ requests regarding the need for warranty repair do not have any grounds and one way or another are associated not with breakdowns but with personnel errors when making measurements.
Before sending an instrument for repair to the manufacturer, it is recommended to carefully study the attached user’s guide and consult with experts from the enterprise-seller or the plant-manufacturer of the item.
After the expiration of the warranty period, VZOR offers after-sales service.
The term of repair in the service center of LLC “VZOR” does not exceed 30 calendar days. If there is a need for repair/replacement of the electrode system of the oxygen sensor, the repair time may be extended up to 45 calendar days.
Repair costs are calculated based on actual material consumption and labor input, but cannot exceed the amount approved in the current price list.
In the post-warranty period, the following warranty period is set for repaired instruments:
9 months for instruments used less than 5 years,
6 months for instruments used between 5 and 10 years.
Calibration and Verification of Instruments
Weekly calibration of instruments is carried out at the base of LLC “VZOR” by a state verifier of Nizhny Novgorod Center for Standardization and Metrology.
