    To obtain necessary beer gustatory qualities it is crucial to take real-time measurements of dissolved oxygen concentration throughout all manufacturing stages. To that end in December 2021 a moderate-size innovative brewery in Sweden purchased the DO-meter MARK-3010 by VZOR LLC.

    MARK-3010 is intended to measure dissolved oxygen concentration and temperature of aquatic environments, including deaerated ones. It stands out due to its high precision and minimal maintenance.
    Brewing dates back in Sweden in the 19th century, and currently Swedish beer is known on the market for its exceptional taste. Now "VZOR" will contribute to maintaining the unchanged taste properties of the beverage in this European country.
