    On June 27, 2025, the All-Russia Employment Fair was held at Nizhny Novgorod Stadium, organized by the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center.

    The forum took place as part of the new national project “Kadry,” which has been implemented in Russia since 2025 under the directive of President V.V. Putin. Given the current shortage of qualified personnel, the event became an interactive platform for direct interaction between job seekers and employers from among the top 250 companies in the Volga region.

    OOO "VZOR" sent its delegates to the employment fair and also showcased samples of equipment manufactured by the company itself.
